Donald B. Olivier II, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Donald graduated Cum Laude in 2002 with a degree from Nicholls State University in Business Administration.  The following year he finished the MBA program there and was inducted at that time into the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society for academic excellence.  He also attained academic scholarships and the highest in class score on the undergraduate exit exam while at Nicholls.  Donald became involved in the Behavioral Health Services industry in 2003 and is the co-founder of Magnolia Family Services, LLC, where he fulfills the role of Chief Executive Officer.  In addition to his experience in the Behavioral Health Services industry, Donald has a diverse background that includes real estate development, rentals, and construction.   For Donald, Magnolia is a full time endeavor to exercise his passion of helping others by utilizing his unique managerial and financial expertise.  Donald also serves the community as a board member of Bayou Council Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a board member of the Louisiana Rural Mental Health Alliance, and as a member of the Thibodaux Rotary Club.  By keeping a strong focus on a balanced budget, and using resources where they are needed most, he has helped make it possible for the organization to survive difficult times and expand services as much as possible into areas where they are needed.


Jamilah Olivier, LCSW, BACS, President
Jamilah received her Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2005.  In 2008, she received a Master of Criminal Justice from Loyola University.  She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2010 and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in 2013.  She has received extensive training in the areas of domestic violence, sexual violence, and victim services.  In 2007, she was a graduate of the first annual Louisiana State Victim Assistance Academy.  In addition to victim services, she has experience in evidenced based practices working with children, adolescents and their families.  She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (Houma/Thibodaux Region) and currently serves as Regional Chair.  She participates as a Child Death Review committee member for Region 3.  She is also a member of the Maternal and Child Health Community Advisory and Action Team for Region 3.  In March of 2018, Jamilah became a member of the Crisis Response Corp. Auxiliary Reserve with the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.

Genevia Arsene, CRC, LPC-S

Genevia received her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology in 1994 from Southern University, A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Her credentials include a National Certification in the field of Rehabilitation Counseling (1995), A License in Marriage and Family Therapy from the state of California (2006), Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Louisiana (2010) and a LPC Supervision License in 2015.  She has an array of skills in working with youth, adolescents, adults and families.  Genevia has been a part of the Magnolia Family Services team since 2010 and has worked in the capacity of an LMHP and Licensed Counselor for the Counseling Clinic Program.  She is currently employed in the capacity of Clinical Manager.

Haley Gros, LPC

Haley received her Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2012.  She has been employed with Magnolia Family Services since August 2016, first serving as a Mental Health Professional for the Mental Health Rehabilitation program and then as a Counselor in the Magnolia Counseling Clinic once she received her license in October of 2017.  She has specialized training in victimology and LGBTQ cultural competency.  Haley now serves our community as a Clinical Manager in addition to being a Counselor in the Counseling Clinic.

Lonnie Lapeyrouse, LPC, Clinical Director

Lonnie received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2009 and a Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2012.  He first joined Magnolia in 2012 as a Mental Health Professional for the MHR program. He became a Licensed Professional Counselor in April 2015 and is now serving Magnolia as a Clinical Director.  Prior to becoming Clinical Director, he worked as a Clinical Manager at Magnolia, he taught psychology and scripture and served as Campus Minister at Vandebilt Catholic High School until 2014.

Nicole P. Methvin, LPC-S, Chief Operating Officer

Nicole received her Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2005.  She has been employed with Magnolia Family Services since March 2006 first serving as a Mental Health Professional for the Mental Health Rehabilitation program and then as a Clinical Manager once she received her license in May of 2009.  She also served as an adjunct for the Sociology department at Nicholls from 2008 to 2013. She became Clinical Director in 2014 and continued in that role until 2019 when she was appointed as Magnolia's Chief Operating Officer.  She became an LPC Board Approved Supervisor in May of 2015.  She has specialized experience and training in parenting skills, skills building, and cultural competency.

Mesha E. Rebstock, LPC

Mesha received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2014 from Nicholls State University.  She was inducted to Chi Sigma Iota honor society for counseling and academic excellence.  Mesha has been a part of the Magnolia team since 2014 for the in-home behavioral health program.  She then transitioned to Clinical Manager in May 2017 upon earning her license as a Professional Counselor.  She previously taught as an instructor of Psychology at Fletcher Technical Community College.

Megan J. Warren, LPC-S, Chief Compliance Officer

Megan received her Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2011.  She is also an alumna from Delta State University.  She first joined Magnolia in 2011 as an extern and then transitioned into a Mental Health Professional upon graduation.  She received her license as a Professional Counselor in August 2013.  Also in 2013, she served as Program Director for an adult and geriatric, partial hospitalization program in Houma, Louisiana, which included group therapy.  She rejoined the Magnolia Family Services' team as a Clinical Manager in 2014.  In March of 2018, Megan became a member of the Crisis Response Corp. Auxiliary Reserve with the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.   Megan has played a large role in Magnolia's accreditation standards and in 2019 she was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer.

Courtney Boquet, LPC

Courtney received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2015 from Nicholls State University.  She was inducted into the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society which values academic and professional excellence in counseling. Courtney also served in the United States Army from 2008-2016. She has been employed with Magnolia Family Services since February 2015.  She first served as a Mental Health Professional for the Mental Health Rehabilitation program and then as a Counselor in the Magnolia Counseling Clinic after receiving her license in June of 2017.  She continues to serve our community as a Counselor in the Counseling Clinic.

Dakota Miles, LPC

Dakota received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2015 from Nicholls State University. She first joined Magnolia in 2015 as a Mental Health Professional for the Mental Health Rehabilitation Program. In 2016, she served as a Mental Health Professional for an adult and geriatric partial hospitalization program in Houma, Louisiana, which included group therapy. In 2018, she served individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crisis as a Mental Health Professional at an adult behavioral hospital in Lutcher, Louisiana. In December 2018, she rejoined the Magnolia Family Services team as a Mental Health Professional for the Mental Health Rehabilitation Program. Upon receiving her License of Professional Counseling in March 2019, she began serving adults and children in the Counseling Clinic. She has specialized training in Triple P, an evidenced based positive parenting program. She continues to serve our community as a counselor in the Counseling Clinic and a provider for the Mental Health Rehabilitation program.
