Our organization is committed to serving individuals with a history of emotional and behavioral difficulties by using a team approach that focuses on multiple areas of the recipient's life.
Magnolia offers two Medicaid programs to those in need of services:
Both of our programs are Medicaid funded and are available at no cost to those who qualify for the services and are insured only by Medicaid.
We maintain the highest standards in our industry by maintaining CARF Accreditation and hiring highly credentialed therapists. In addition, both of our programs are certified by Medicaid Behavioral Health. The MST program has additional certification through MST Services, Inc.

Organizations that wish to refer individuals for treatment should first review the general eligibility criteria for MHR and MST. If the individual appears to meet the requirements, direct the individual/legal guardian to contact:

Magnolia recently participated in the Provider Performance Indicator (PPI) pilot survey conducted by Medicaid Behavioral Health. PPI surveying is being developed by Medicaid to determine how effectively providers are providing services. Our organization received many compliments from Medicaid and scored very high on the survey.
